sorry, didn't take a picture, but i wanted to share the recipe...very simple and yummy!
i found the idea in Kraft magazine. I mixed one 3 oz. packet of Light Tuna with a teaspoon of olive oil, a liberal sprinkling of black pepper, a handful of fresh chopped parsley from my potted herbs, a teaspoon of chopped capers, and a teaspoon or two of fresh lemon juice. then put it between 2 pieces of whole wheat and served with corn chips w/melted cheese and some raw green beans. do you ever eat raw green beans? try it, mmmm. try it in with your other raw munching veggies. [my computer won't make an accent mark so i can't say crudite]
